This Payment Information Privacy Policy applies to Payment Gateway Partners and the Customer who purchase goods online through the PRVN’s website and use online payment methods.

1. Payment information

Payment information to be provided includes: Card type, card number, cardholder name (if applicable), expiration date and PIN code. When making online payment by international card or domestic card/ATM, the Customer should conduct on their own and should not reveal card information.

2. Payment Gateway Partners on the website include:

The card payment system on the website is provided by Payment Gateway Partners which are licensed to operate in Vietnam.

3. Security standards in payment transactions:

• The payment information is transmitted between parties using the SSL security protocol (Secure Sockets Layer).
• Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) provided by Trustwave.
• One-time password (OTP) is sent via SMS to ensure authenticated account access.
• 128-bit MD5 Encryption Standard.
• Principles and regulations of information security in the finance and banking as stipulated by the State Bank of Vietnam.

4. Payment transaction security policy

• Website providing token storage utility – which saves only encrypted chain provided by the Payment Gateway Partner to PRVN. PRVN does not itself store Customer card information. The security of the Customer’ payment card information is performed by a licensed Payment Gateway Partners.
• For international cards: Customer’ payment card information that can be used to make transactions is not stored on PRVN's system. Such information is stored and secured by Payment Gateway Partners.
• For domestic card/ATM: PRVN only stores order code, transaction code and bank name.

5. Address of the entity that stores the payment transaction

The transaction information will be stored and secured by the Payment Gateway Partners and provided to PRVN in accordance with the laws.

6. Time of payment transaction information storage

Payment Gateway Partners of PRVN shall commit to store data on each payment transaction for the period as specified in the Law on Accounting and applicable regulations.

7. Commitment on payment information security

• PRVN commits to strictly take necessary security measures for all payment activities implemented on the website.
• PRVN commits to cooperate with relevant parties in handling complaints and compensation requestes in case the Customer’ payment information on the website is changed, deleted, removed, copied, disclosed, illegally moved or appropriated and caused losses to the Customer. In case of the Customer’ complaints about payment information, please contact:
